Beginning in 2024, Accademia has activated a collaboration with the Pro Marostica Association, an important entity in the Veneto region that is the protagonist of "La Partita a Scacchi di Marostica a personaggi viventi" (The Marostica Chess Game with living characters) a biennial event that combines the principles of community theater with collaborations with important professionals from the technical, artistic, and organizational areas of live performance.
The Academy's training staff will accompany the various steps of the production of the 2024 edition in order to draw up a needs and context analysis, as well as a planning of the training activity, adapting the Academy's educational projects to the needs detected in the field.
The project is conceived as the first step of a collaboration that may evolve in the coming years with the realization of specific training interventions of various types, from short courses to curricular and extracurricular internships, to the definition of job shadowing programs.
